I’m a 21-year-old journalist living in the Greater Toronto Area. I have a Bachelor of Journalism from Ryerson University.
In 2014, with tickets won in a giveaway, I attended my first NASCAR Pinty’s Series race at the season opener at CTMP.
Watching the stock cars tackle the road course and having drivers give me, a random stranger, time for an interview, shaped my future goals as a journalist.
I attended my first race with media credentials at that year’s finale at Kawartha Speedway.
I continued covering races since then, first with my dad as cameraperson, and most recently as a team effort with Steven and Caitlin.
In addition to CANrace, I host/produce a Motorsports Monday segment on Toronto community radio station CJRU 1280 AM, which started in 2016.
I’ve also had the opportunity to have written pieces published, including a feature and interview with James Hinchcliffe during an internship at TSN.ca in 2017, and a pair of Indy Toronto preview articles for the Toronto Star in 2015.
I enjoy covering sports, specifically racing, and look forward to continuing my work in the years to come!
